I am a Building surveyor BSc MCIOB AssocRICS with over 30 years experience including working for local authority, insurance loss adjusters and major insurance companies. My company is registered with The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

I provide surveying services for insurers, loss adjusters, insurance brokers, commercial property owners and domestic homeowners, dealing with common building defects including assessment of building insurance claims such as subsidence, fires, floods and escape of water.

Reinstatement Cost Assessments can also be arranged for insurance purposes for both commercial and domestic properties.

Roof surveys can be arranged using a pole camera and Wi Fi technology, a far more detailed way of identifying defects as opposed to using a pair of binoculars.

Experience of working on older and listed properties.

Project management of repairs including preparation of work schedules and full contract administration. Contractor selection and tender process.
